Terms and Conditions
Effective 23 October 2025 – Updated to reflect current business practices and client booking process.
1. Purpose of this Form
This form is an enquiry only and does not confirm a booking.
Once submitted, Viony Vivianti Bridal Hairstylist will review your details and respond via email to confirm availability and provide a formal quotation.

2. Consultation
A free consultation can be provided via email or phone to discuss your needs, style ideas, and event details before a quote is finalised.

3. Quote Validity
• Quotes are valid for 1 week if your wedding or event is within 6 months, and 2 weeks if your wedding or event is more than 6 months away.
• Prices and availability may change if confirmation is not received within the validity period.

4. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is not confirmed until both of the following have been received:

A signed agreement from the client; and
-
A deposit payment, as outlined in your quote.
Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Date Holds
We can tentatively hold your date for 48 hours after you receive your quotation email.
If no confirmation or deposit is received within this period, the date will be released to other clients without notice.

6. Additional Fees
Unless otherwise stated in your quote:
• Travel fees, early start fees, and parking fees may apply.
• Wedding packages include travel within 40km of [insert your base location, e.g. Sydney CBD].
• Any additional travel will be charged at the rate specified in your quote.

7. Quote and Design Ownership
All quotations, hairstyle concepts, and related materials are the intellectual property of Viony Vivianti Bridal Hairstylist.
They may not be copied, shared, or used to engage another stylist without written permission.

8. No Obligation
Submitting this form does not create any obligation on either party.
Viony Vivianti Bridal Hairstylist reserves the right to decline bookings at their discretion.
